Do you have any burning bridal beauty questions? Brides beauty columnist Drew Barrymore — actress, producer, and founder of Flower Beauty — is here to answer all of your pressing skin care, fitness, and makeup application concerns. From her secrets for long lashes to her genius hair coloring tips, here's what she's recommending this month.
Q: I want amazing lashes for my wedding. What are your favorite tricks for making them look longer and thicker?
Drew Barrymore: The right mascara can work magic. My favorite is Flower Beauty's Outstretched Lengthening Mascara. It's been a game changer for me! If you add layer after layer, you can build up to what I call "carpet lashes," which look not only longer but also thicker. Try it on a regular night out and see if you still want to add some individual false lashes for the big day. But for me, three coats of this totally does the trick.

Q: I've had every hair color under the sun, but I'd like to go back to my natural shade for my wedding. How can I grow out my hair without having roots for the next year?
Drew: Okay, here's my suggestion: Grow out your roots for one to two months, then go to a salon and have them match your natural color on the rest of your hair. You need to be feeling confident before your wedding day, and there's simply no reason to walk around with two-toned hair. Know who you are, marching down that aisle in style, and keep hair worries at bay. Best of luck to you on your wonderful day!
Q: I'm looking for wedding-day inspiration. Are there any beauty icons you like to reference when you're getting ready for an important event?
Drew: Yes! Whether I'm craving a '60s cat eye or a simple side part with a low bun, I often find myself looking at iconic movie stars or shots by great photographers for ideas — bombshell Sophia Loren, queen of the cat eye, totally inspired my own heavy top-lid liner looks. I even like to tack up the images when I'm getting ready. It's great for you to have a clear picture in your mind of what you want to look like, but it's even more helpful if there's an actual picture for your glam team to use as a reference. Google around, print it out, and pin it up!
