How sweet is this? Sweet Valley High star Brittany Daniel is engaged! The former resident of Sweet Valley, California officially became a bride-to-be after her sweetheart, Adam Touni, popped the question on Christmas Day with a ring blingy enough to make Daniel's Sweet Valley High counterpart jealous.
After graduating from Sweet Valley High back in the '90s, Daniel has been keeping busy starring in The Game — and making us seriously jealous over her new engagement bling! Daniel, who played Jessica "Jess" Wakefield on the teen series, took to Instagram on December 25 to announce her nuptial news and show off her new bauble from fiancé Adam Touni. "I said yes!" she wrote, captioning a photo of herself and her groom-to-be. "My world just became brighter today. #engagement #christmas #love #proposal." In the snap, Daniel couldn't help but show off her bridal bauble, holding up her hand that's toting a massive round-cut diamond sitting on a thick gold band. Sweet, right?
Obviously, Touni is just as excited about his to-be wedded status, also posting to social media. "She said 'yes'!" Touni captioned a shot of himself and his bride-to-be sharing a smooch in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. "In the words of my fiancé, @iambdaniel "Merry Christmas, y'all!"
And the engagement celebrations wouldn't be complete without Daniel's Sweet Valley High (and real-life) twin sister, Cynthia Hauser, who also couldn't help herself when it came to gushing over her sis' big news. "My sis @iambdaniel and @adam.touni are getting hitched!" she wrote on the 'gram. "I couldn't ask for a better Xmas present. My heart is full of love for these 2 amazing people #soulmates #powercouple #engagement #letsparty #merrychristmas #lifeiscomplete."
Get ready to take on those maid-of-honor duties, Cynthia! Hopefully the blonde beauty twins break out some vintage '90s bridesmaid frocks for the occasion. Bring on the ruffles!
