Your bridal look may surprise you — and that's okay.
"I really wanted to feel comfortable on my wedding day but didn't want my dress to feel too simple. I love the silhouette and softness of my Monique Lhuillier dress and the lightweight tulle was perfect for dancing all night. I never thought I'd wear a dress with embellishment, but the attention to details and use of texture was something I immediately gravitated toward. It felt feminine, elegant and fun!"
Don't rule out anything.
"Don't limit yourself, keep an open mind, and try on a bunch of different styles. Your wedding dress sometimes sneaks up on you and it's such a special moment! I tried on 19 dresses and when I put this one on my dad and sister both started crying, I knew it was the one."

Heirlooms make the best accessories.
"My grandmother passed away a year before our wedding day and I wore her original gold wedding band on my right hand the day of our wedding. It was really special for me to wear it and helped me to feel her presence throughout the day."
Have fun with it!
"I had so much fun choosing my accessories for my wedding day and it made my look feel authentic and true to me. I chose a vintage pair of hair clips, strappy silver shoes, a crystal belt, and simple diamond studs to compliment my dress, but I love that you could really go any route in accessorizing your wedding dress. I always admire women who wear a seriously fabulous pair of shoes, go bold with their lip color, or statement earrings."
