Sabrina and Greg, both 28, had a unique plan for their September 2nd, 2012, wedding: They wanted ocean views, a farm-like setting — and a black-tie dress code. Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, Rhode Island, was the perfect spot, lending an air of New England chic to their bash. The couple, who jetted to Cabo to celebrate their engagement, infused touches of their Mexican vacation into the wedding, giving guests a taste of a place that will always hold a special place in their hearts. "We strung the tent with metal lanterns that reminded us of Las Ventanas," says Sabrina. "And of course we served margaritas!"

Keep Track: "Spreadsheets are your friend!" says Sabrina. "They were the only way I was able to plan everything, especially because we brought in everything from lighting to port-a-johns."
Know What You Want: Sabrina knew she wanted to have a dress with sleeves, but didn't want something too heavy since it was an outdoor wedding in early September. "When I tried on my Vera Wang gown, I immediately fell in love!" she says.
Educate Your Guests: "A lot of Greg's family isn't Jewish," says Sabrina. "So, we included descriptions of some of the ceremony's Jewish symbolism in the program."
Serve Your Favorites: Greg and Sabrina love the pork buns at New York's Momofuku restaurant, so they had their caterer recreate bite-sized versions for cocktail hour.
Let Toasts Get Creative: Sabrina's sister's toast inspired tears — of laughter, that is! "She took out a harmonica and played a song she'd made up in honor of the wedding," Sabrina says.
