Talk about major squadgoals! Princess Kate posed alongside her royal hubby, Prince William, and their absolutely adorable royal cuties, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, for the family of four's first Christmas card together, which is already giving off some major too-cute-for-Christmas vibes.
The photo, which was officially released Friday morning, People reports, features the royal family of four looking happier than ever. The picture was also posted to the Kensington Palace's Instagram account alongside an official message from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. "A new family photo - Merry Christmas from The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George and Princess Charlotte," the caption reads. "The Duke and Duchess are hugely appreciative of all the warm messages they have received about their family this year and are very much looking forward to their first Christmas as a family of four." As are we!
The photo, which highlights the family's beaming smiles and royal blue outfit coordination, comes just days after announcing their official holiday plans, and the preparations needed to kick off Princess Charlotte's first Christmas!
No stranger to the camera, the adorable royal Princess, who is a natural posing in front of the camera, will be celebrating her first Christmas in her new family home, the sprawling Anmer Hall in Norfolk, with all of her royal family members, including the Middletons! The 7-month-old will enjoy the Christmas day activities alongside her doting grandparents, Michael and Carole, as well as her aunt and uncle, Pippa and James. Princess Charlotte's adoring grandmother, Carole, recently commented on the festive celebrations telling Baby London that she plans to, "Relax and enjoy baby's first Christmas," adding, "They won't remember it, but you'll have fond memories."
When it comes to the preparations for the big day, there are definitely some royal expectations! According to E! News, the festive decorations have been underway for weeks, covering all areas of gift buying, and stocking hanging for the littlest royals. "I think George will be extremely bouncy this year because he's suddenly worked out what Christmas is all about," Prince William spilled to The Big Issue magazine, adding: "If I get any sleep on Christmas Eve it'll be good."
The Royal family of four is also making their own traditions by choosing to "not attend Christmas Day lunch at Sandringham with the queen and the rest of the royal family," and instead planning to "host the day's festivities in their own home," E! News reports. Prince William is also determined to make his family's Christmas as intimate, and informal, as possible.
