According to sources, the formerly engaged duo has actually been separated for some time now. "They split a while ago. The wedding plans are off," a source told the publication. "They are both trying to be mature about it. It was less dramatic this time." At publish time, neither Rob nor Chyna have addressed the news; Rob last appeared on Chyna's Instagram two weeks ago, and he posted his most recent photo of her five weeks ago.
The clarification of "this time" might be necessary since Rob and Chyna have called it quits before. Most recently, in December of 2016, the pair had a public falling out on Instagram and Snapchat when Rob documented the aftermath of Chyna leaving him, and clearing out their daughter's nursery in the move. "She left me nothing," he said at the time. "Chyna took everything that we built for the nursery, for the baby Dream. She left... she just left me alone and she took the baby." (Shortly after, Rob opened up about the incident on Instagram, writing, "I don't mind being so open or if anyone thinks I'm being weak but I don't play when it comes to family and Chyna was my family and thought we were getting married.")
The pair were first linked to each other back in January of 2016, when Rob's tattooed arm made an appearance around Chyna in one of her Instagram posts, which she captioned with "The beginning." That post has since been deleted. A few months later, in April of 2016, the pair's engagement was revealed by Chyna's BFF Amber Rose. In May, they announced that they would be expecting a child, who later entered into the world, November 10, 2016, as Dream Kardashian.
