Kristin and Bill met while working at a restaurant in Mystic. "Bill was the executive chef and co-owner, and I was working part-time while attending grad school," says Kristin. "Bill had said he'd never date anyone he worked with—but that rule went out the window when he met me!" Two years later the couple moved to White Plains, NY, to open a gourmet sandwich shop together, "but we decided we wanted to marry in the area where we met and fell in love," Kristin explains. She wore a Romona Keveza gown and accessorized with a pair of sunny yellow Christian Louboutin shoes. The couple wed during a Catholic ceremony at St. Mary's Church of Stonington. The festivities then moved to Saltwater Farm Vineyard. At cocktail hour, mango passionfruit vodka cocktails and flatbread sandwiches (mini versions of those the couple serve in their shop) were on offer. Friends and family offered heartfelt toasts throughout the evening, and for dessert, slices of wedding cake from Felicia's Sweetface Pastry Shoppe were served.
