If you and your groom are the foodie types, take a break from wedding planning and head to one of the intimate cooking classes being held in the upcoming weeks at West Village Italian restaurant Fiamma.
Fiamma's award-winning executive chef Fabio Trabocchi will guide you through a demonstration-style class where you'll learn to make impressive-sounding dishes like Cotechino sausage, Sicilian Salmoriglio and fall tomato Sugo Finto. After the class, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the three-course menu and sip on prosecco. The two-and-a-half-hour classes are being held on November 8 and November 22.
