According to Us Weekly, Conrad was still relishing in her newly married status at the John Freida Beach Blonde Party on February 5 in New York City. While there was tons of anticipation leading up to their September 13 nuptials in Santa Ynez, California, Conrad says she and Tell were already entirely committed to each other before the big day. "We were full-disclosure [before the wedding]. There were no surprises," she said. "It's been great."
She had plenty of last-minute changes before the big day (if you'll remember, the blonde beauty reportedly had her long-sleeve wedding dress cut during her final fittings, added a train, and donned a veil), but since then, Conrad says life has been pretty low-key and normal. The new Mrs. Tell even dished that her day-to-day life with her now-husband hasn't changed much in the last five months.
"I feel like that's such a lame answer, but it's true," Conrad said of the consistency in her relationship. "We already lived together, we already were very much partners, and we knew we were going to spend our lives together, so you know we had a beautiful wedding and it was so great."
Even though their everyday life remains relatively normal, Conrad did say she has something special up her sleeve for their first Valentine's Day as husband and wife. "It's a surprise so I can't tell anybody," she said, before explaining she has no idea what Tell has in store for her, either! "I don't know. You have to ask him!"
Whatever their plans pan out to be, it's clear these two have tons to celebrate this year.
