Kimye wedding fever has finally cooled off since baby fever is heating up (read: Kim Kardashian wants another and Kourtney is pregnant!), but apparently there are still new details to learn about the the over-the-top Italian destination wedding.
For starters, Kim received a heart-warming surprise as she walked down the aisle. Legendary singer Andrea Bocelli sang his renowned rendition of "Ave Maria," which the reality star initially thought was coming from a CD player. "But when I got to the altar, I did a double take and screamed!" Kim tells E! News. "I couldn't believe he was there himself!"
The live appearance was particularly meaningful for Kim. "My favorite singer is Andrea Bocelli and Kanye surprised me," Kim says, adding, "My dad [Robert Kardashian, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003] loved him too. It felt like I was walking down the aisle with my dad as [Bocelli] sang."
Kim's mom Kris Jenner revealed during an appearance on Today with Kathie Lee & Hoda that Bocelli's performance was her favorite moment of the wedding, as well. In fact, Jenner says in the clip above, the whole wedded was "so beautiful and magical ... It was just a love fest ... It was the most wonderful time I think I've ever had and it's hard to explain that to somebody in words."
Jenner also noted that Kimye and their one-year-old daughter North are still living with her while their house gets renovated.
Kim and Kanye just returned to Kris's lavish abode from "the best most relaxing romantic honeymoon" in Ireland and Prague.
During their trip, Kim tested out her new signature, as seen in the photo above, which she posted on her personal blog. "We were in Prague and we signed plates for the restaurant," Kardashian captioned the pic. "This is the 1st time I signed West!! Xo."
