We hate to say it, but we definitely thought the next wedding Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers would be in would be his own. But alas, golden couple Aaron Rodgers and Olivia Munn have sadly split after three years together—and more engagement rumors than we can count. However, we were lucky enough to finally see Rodgers don a sleek suit for a walk down the aisle. Too bad it wasn't his own! The football pro just served as a groomsman at his teammate's recent wedding. Not exactly what we envisioned, but, ehhh, we'll take what we can get.
Rodgers and Munn called it quits last month, with a source explaining to E! Online that they simply "grew apart over time." But don't fret; true love still exists, damn it, and like a true friend, Rodgers was still on hand to celebrate it at a pal's wedding this weekend. The NFL star's teammate, Randall Cobb, just wed his fiancé, attorney Aiyda Ghahramani, on Saturday, April 15, and Rodgers had a starring role in the ceremony—groomsman!
According to E!, the nuptials took place at the Pierre in New York City, where photos emerged of Rodgers enjoying the wedding-weekend festivities. The bride's brother, actor Ariya Ghahramani, took to Instagram to post a pic of Rodgers and the other groomsmen at the rehearsal dinner. "Groomsmening for my sisters rehearsal for her wedding," Ghahramani captioned the shot.
With a bar in the background, this rehearsal dinner looks like quite the party! "The Wolfpack," Ghahramani captioned another groomsmen group shot.
