To complement their Tuscan-inspired wedding celebration, held at a private winery in Napa, Noa and Rob opted for an elegant cake design by Kelsey Robinson of The Whole Cake, a bakery based in Oakland, California. I love how each cake tier is topped with deep purple-colored fondant—it's such an easy and elegant way to add a bright pop of color. And the smattering of sugar flowers, ferns, and grasses adds the perfect amount of elegance and whimsy. Interestingly enough, this wedding confection happens to be vegan and gluten-free—many of my gluten-free friends have had a tough time finding a gluten-free bakery specializing in refined, elegant confections, so The Whole Cake is a spot definitely worth keeping on your radar!
