BDP became the first caterer in the country to be named a 4-star-certified green restaurant by the Green Restaurant Association in 2013, and it's no wonder why. The West Town-based company composts all food scraps and biodegradable paper goods from its events, donates used vegetable oil to a biodiesel service, and operates its own urban farm — among other progressive green practices.
