While many couples choose Drake's hit "Hold On, We're Going Home" as their first-dance song, other couples just add the superstar to their guest list. Drake dropped in at his barber Jason Macaraig's wedding Thursday night in the rapper's hometown of Toronto, and took to the podium to send the happy couple well-wishes according to several social media accounts.
"You might be married but man's still need their hair cut though," Drake supposedly told his close friend Macaraig, a.k.a. JMac, during his wedding toast. The moment was captioned in an Instagram image by another guest, seen below.
Drake, naturally, looked very dapper for the special occasion, wearing a black-and-white tuxedo, keeping the look fresh by skipping a tie. Of his toast, Drake apparently worked on it at a steakhouse in Ontario, writing on Instagram, "Wrote my speech at The Keg in York Mills. Shout out to them."
Drake posed with the bride, who appears to have wore two wedding dresses throughout the night: a sleeveless dress with delicate ivory lace appliqué, and a strapless ball gown with a sweetheart neckline.
According to Complex, Drake also dropped a new song at the couple's reception giving new meaning to an "epic wedding playlist." (The magazine describes it as a possible remix to the popular "Cha Cha" by D.R.A.M.) And, of course, Drake was quite the schmoozer, as he was seen dancing and taking selfies with all of the other wedding guests — just check out the video Complex first spotted below.
Overall, it looks like Drake was (unsurprisingly) the life of the party.
