Something old, something new, something borrowed...something green? At least that's the way the wedding traditions were perceived by nutritionist bride Jessica Sepel, who opted for green juice and steamed veggies instead of the traditional wedding cake and hearty dinner fare at her recent Thai Island nuptials!
This 26-year-old health conscious bride is clearly no stranger to healthy habits and clean eating, which are documented on her picture-perfect Instagram account. The multi-talented beauty, who has succeeded in launching her own career in wellbeing, holds a trifecta of wellness-related business titles including nutritionist, health blogger and author. This new bride's passion for helping others in their journey through health started when Sepel first struggled with body image issues and unhealthy relationships with food, SELF reports.
But what happens when such a health conscious bride throws a wedding bash fit to serve a wide range of appetites? Sepel — who tied the knot to her new hubby, Dean, in front of 170 of her closest friends and family on the Thai Island of Koh Samui on Sunday — catalogued a variety of Pinterest-worthy pictures on her Instagram, including a detailed look at her blooming floral altar, dreamy reception, and endless ethereal snapshots of her intricate body conscious gown adorned with a simple beaded headpiece.
When it comes to the post-ceremony feast, guests were served a surplus of steamed veggies, green salads, and sugar-free bliss balls, SELF reports. Guests were even introduced to an intricate vitamin juice station that included an abundance of energizing veggie shots.

This blogger bride even managed to get her guests to do a little pre-wedding downward dog! When invitees weren't spending their four days in paradise relaxing in spa treatments or searching through their gift bags full of unique healthy products, Sepel managed to round-up her loved ones for a morning yoga sesh on the beach!
When asked about her revolutionary healthy celebration, Sepel told the Daily Mail Australia that, "Dean and I are committed to a healthy lifestyle...it was important that our wedding reflected this aspect of our lives." This healthy bride hoped that her alternatively health conscious choices will prove to other brides, brides-to-be, and people in general, that a healthy way of life doesn't have to be difficult "even in such busy and celebratory time." Sepel continued by saying, "We also wanted everyone to feel great — something that is easy to do if you're eating the right foods."
Something tells us this nutritionist bride will have no problem sticking to her New Year's resolutions!
