Ever since Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, one of Hollywood's most attractive couples (that's really saying something — think about the competition!), became parents around Christmastime, there has been a ton of speculation about their presumably gorgeous baby daughter's name. Though many outlets reported that they'd named her Violet, the proud dad is now on record denying the rumor.
"No that's not the name," he told USA Today during an interview about his new movie The Voices. "I don't want to get into that but I don't know where that came from."
Though he didn't go on to share her actual name — not even Excalibur Anaconda Reynolds, the joke of a moniker he made up during an interview a few months ago — he did shed some light on his first few months of parenthood.
"I don't sleep very much. It's great. It's wonderful. But my brain is elsewhere," he added. That makes the second time he's opened up about his lack of shut-eye. "It is challenging," Reynolds also recently told Extra. "You are operating on a week's worth of sleep amortized over six months. You don't get a lot of sleep."
Exhaustion aside, he still seems pretty happy. "It's still so new that it's hard to conceive being away for more than seven hours at a time," he made sure to note. "I had to go to Sundance this last week. I was more excited to get a good night's sleep. It was borderline pornographic for me."
