Paradise at last! Ashley Salter, better known as "Ashley S." from Chris Soules' season of the Bachelor and the recently concluded second season of Bachelor in Paradise, finally found love — off camera. The reality star is engaged!
In a surprise turn of events, the sometimes baffling blonde, who had a short fling with Dan Cox on this season of Bachelor in Paradise, said yes to Austin Brannen, a commercial real estate professional she's known since college.
"We are very happy and look forward to spending our lives together," the couple told People after they made it official.

The proposal happened over Labor Day Weekend. Brannen reportedly brought Salter up to the helipad at the W hotel in Atlanta with a full view of the city before getting down on one knee, popping the question, and, naturally, handing her a bundle of roses.
Salter documented the engagement on her Instagram, with a series of photos from the momentous occasion. Next to a shot taken on top of the helipad, Salter wrote: "Walking on sunshine."
She also wrote "my one and only love" next to a photo them post-proposal, and "@agbrannen 12 is better than 1 #roses" next to a photo of the roses and her engagement ring, a vintage-inspired style with a round-cut stone in the middle and two small sapphires flanking in the center.
Brannen, too, commemorated the occasion with a photo of the two of them smiling from ear to ear.
Salter gained fame when she compared people to onions (among her other hilarious comments) on Soules' season. We're thrilled to see she found her happy ending!
