Vow to Wow is an online customized fitness and heath program designed to help you reach your ideal wedding-day shape. Our powerful interactive tool will give you menu suggestions, step-by-step instructions for exercises and help you keep track of your progress.
Vow to Wow is a free service on Brides.com. You just need to be registered to use it. If you are not registered yet, you can do so now.
Sign up is easy; tell us your goals and how much time you want to spend with the program, one, three or six months. You can get started now, A custom program is created immediately so you can start today.
What does the program include?
Weekly and daily menus with calorie goals, weekly workout plans, a journal for notes on your meals and workouts and progress reports that show how many calories you’ve burned, , how many minutes you've exercised, and if you've met your food goals. There is also a dedicated area on the community board where you can share experiences and ask questions from fellow brides.
Does Vow to Wow require a trainer or a gym?
You don’t need a gym or a trainer; we designed Vow to Wow to be as simple and flexible as possible so every bride can use it. The only equipment you need for workouts is a stability ball, tubing, free weights, Yoga or exercise mat, heart-rate monitor (optional, but recommended) and workout gear.
What else do I need before I begin?
- Visit your doctor for a thorough checkup.
- Make sure you have the proper equipment (see above)
- Put together a playlist on your MP3 (Tell us your favorite workout music) player.
- If possible, enlist a workout buddy
How often do I have to work out?
The program includes 30 minute cardio workouts 3-5 times per week, increasing to 45 minutes as your stamina increases. Strength training sessions are scheduled 3x a week. If you think that sounds like a lot remember: exercise burns stress too!
