What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the Forgot Your Password link at the bottom of the Log In page. Then, enter your e-mail address and press Submit. You will be mailed a temporary password that allows you to log in and reset your password. Make sure you add "member_services@brides.com" to your address book to be sure the e-mail gets into your inbox (not bulk or junk folders).
Why am I being asked to confirm my e-mail address?
Brides.com asks you to confirm your e-mail address before you post to community boards, create a wedding website, or use some other site features. This is simply to ensure that we have a valid e-mail address for you. After you've confirmed, you won't be asked again.
How does the Remember Me function work?
When you check the Remember Me checkbox, your log-in info is saved on that computer. When you return to Brides.com, you will be logged in automatically. If you log-in from another computer, at work, a library, etc., you will need to re-enter your information to log-in. You can check the 'Remember me' box on multiple computers, but we don't recommend doing that on computers with public access.
Does Brides.com share my e-mail address?
Only when you give us permission to do so. When you register you have the option of receiving newsletters and announcements from Brides.com. You may also sign-up to receive e-mail from carefully selected Brides.com partners. You can review your settings at the Communication Preferences tab on Your Profile
