What is the Guest List Manager?
The Guest List Manager is an interactive tool that allows you to create and manage you guestlists for all of your wedding-related events -- from your showers and bachelorette parties to your rehearsal dinner and reception. Your Guest List is accessible from within the My Wedding section of Brides.com.
How does the Guest List Manager work?
The Guest List Manager has two main tabs -- one to store all your guests and one to track your events. Get Started by entering the events and dates you'd like to track. Then, click on the Guests tab to start entering details about who you would like to invite. As your events get closer, use the event tab to track RSVP's and Thank You Notes for each event.
To use the Guest List Manager, you must be a registered member. Not a member? Join now!.
My guest list keeps growing. How do I add new guests?
From the Guests tab, simply press the Add a new Guest buttone each time you have to update your guest list.
I've just started to get RSVPs. Is there a way to indicate those who have declined and those who have accepted?
Select the event you wish to manage from the Events tab. Then, simply select update the Status drop-down menu next to the guest who has replied. The Potential Guest Totals will be automatically updated at the top of the page.
I want to invite more people than my budget will allow. How do to create a “B-list”?
Select the event you wish to manage from the Events tab. Then, simply select B-List in the Status drop-down menu next to the guest you wish to move to your B-List. As spots free up, and you are ready to extend and invite, just change the status to Invited.
I'd like to make a hard copy of my guest list. Can I print it?
Yes! Click on the button in the top-right corner of the tool that says "Export Guest List." You'll be prompted to either save or open a .csv file. We recommend you save it to a folder on your desktop where you'll find it later. Then, navigate to the file in that folder, and open it with Microsoft Excel or another database program.
Can I e-mail an electronic version of my guest list to a friend?
We are contantly looking for ways to improve our tools. Unfortunately, at this time, it is time it is not possible to e-mail your guest list.
I don't see my question above.
