Right after Maie got engaged, she and her mother visited New York City to see what flowers would be available the following fall for her wedding. Maie knew she wanted blooms with an interesting texture and fun colors, so her mother put together this bouquet of hydrangea, Japanese anemone, white ranunculus and celosia brain.

The bride fell in love with her two-piece Monique Lhuiller gown the moment she saw it. The delicate antique-like design reminded her of her grandmother’s handcrafted embroidery work but were still feminine and sexy. The sheer corset top expanded into a light-peach-colored skirt. Maie tied a pewter sash around her waist for the finishing touch.
