Table centerpieces featured tall vases containing flowering quince branches, French tulips, and orchids, with votive candles and spheres of orchids and berries arranged at the base. Guests dined on their choice of chicken Wellington or beef tenderloin, along with a mashed potato "bar" with assorted toppings.
