Mini Pastries

Chef Hans Moser of the Hilton Suites Chicago/Magnificent Mile created a custom menu for Amanda and Tony that included a heavy hors d'oeuvre spread featuring smoked salmon rosettes on pumpernickel bread, Bellini's with black caviar and a fresh oyster display. Mini pastries were also a highlight of the dessert display offered to guests later in the evening.
