Savoring your relationship and your sense of self are not mutually exclusive. It’s important to maintain certain habits and self-care rituals that let you feel like you. Get centered and restore a sense of inner strength by reinvigorating one of your favorite rituals, like an early-morning walk, a yoga class or riding the couch with a stack of your favorite magazines. It may seem silly to your partner, but it’s important to guard these practices and set aside time to recharge your batteries.
