For the third year in a row, Brides.com teamed up with the Empire State Building to throw weddings for 13 lucky couples on Valentine’s Day. Event designer Michelle Rago came on board to decorate the stark space on the 61st floor of the New York City skyscraper, turning it into a magnificent chapel in the sky. Precious pink details and warm, whimsical touches transformed the setting into a dream wedding locale.
