The Idea: Give guests a taste of your home state with favors featuring foods grown in your area. For their springtime wedding in Middlebury, Emily Toma and Garrett Moore Jr. packed up wooden picnic baskets with made-in-Connecticut treats like blackberry honey-mustard dip, pretzels, dark chocolate, and mint-apple jam. Each was tied with pink ribbons and green raffia—the couple's wedding colors.
Why We Love It: You can never go wrong with edible favors, and these baskets are a great way to support local businesses and show out-of-town guests why your state is so great.
