An urban Christopher Columbus of sorts, Beth loves to explore and uncover all that’s new and enticing in weddings in the Windy City—and then write about it. “I want to share all the inside bridal information, tips and trends that I looked for when I got married,” says Beth, who has stood up in nearly a dozen weddings and, after tying the knot in Chicago, now has two energetic little boys and one happy husband. “Everyone’s wedding day should be lovely, unique and personal,” says the Midwest wedding maven. She took this sentiment to heart for her own big day when she designed her deliciously decadent chocolate-mousse-and-raspberry-filled chocolate cake that friends and family are still raving about!
