If you're like me, you're tired of seeing the same old Jordan-almond wedding favors. That's why I L-O-V-E Heidi's Heavenly Cookies, heidisheavenlycookies.com. These sinfully delectable treats are from Alpharetta native Heidi Nel, who will wrap each cookie in a sweet customized box to match your wedding colors and style. You can put them on your tables' place settings or stack them for guests to grab as they leave.

But looks aren't everything; these cookies really do taste heavenly. My favorites—and I'm confessing that I hid them from friends and family to make them mine-all-mine—are the Chocolate Eclipse (a dark chocolate cookie dipped in white chocolate) and the Ginger Stardust (molasses ginger). Heidi offers mint and raspberry versions of the Eclipse as well as old favorites like chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. The best-seller is a toffee chocolate chip—a homemade chocolate chip cookie with English toffee and a sprinkle of roasted almonds on top—but a new flavor, Rocky Road (chocolate cookie with marshmallows and almonds) is set to launch and may soon take over that title.

You can also order larger sizes as well as Heidi's toffee bites for welcome baskets in hotel rooms. If you really want to thank someone, get them a Medley tower of treats. And did we mention that the cookies are made without preservatives and are guaranteed fresh?

And not that I'd name-drop or anything, but Kate Spade ordered these for the launch of one of her recent collections. I'd say that makes her my new BFF. But I'm not above hiding my cookies if she comes calling. I'm just sayin'.
