Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? Based on the couple?s preferences, I include color, black and white, and a variety of other post-production techniques, including retouching, to enhance the images.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? With thirty years in photography, I have experience in all lighting situations, but I strive to make all photos appear to be naturally lit, whether I am able to actually use natural light or need to add light.
Is your media preference film or digital? I shoot digitally because it allows me to offer the couple a wider range of options and images without any loss of quality.
How many photographers do you work with? I work with a second photographer/assistant at every event.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? I only photograph one wedding a day so I can devote all my attention to one couple.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? My cameras, lenses and flashes are exclusively Nikon professional quality equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day? I want to tell your wedding day story from start to finish, so my rates all include up to 10 hours of coverage.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Typically, two to four weeks after the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? In book form.
How long can the client keep the proofs? Forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes, but grant limited reprint rights with image CDs.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes, with the purchase of an album and with reprint rights for the couple.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes.
