Up to 3 video cameras at your ceremony. After your big day comes the editing. Using the best pro level software suites, XoomworX averages 40 hours editing time for every multi camera wedding we shoot. The many camera angles are merged and synchronized into a final, cinematic DVD video presentation you'll treasure for decades. *IMPORTANT - The same person who shoots your video does the actual production. Do you offer demo DVDs for potential clients to look at? In the past we've offered demo DVDs but now offer a more convenient method for checking out our work. Instead of having only a couple of video shorts on our web site, we have a Gallery page full of video examples and even a complete (outdoor) wedding for easy viewing.
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer? Each bride has different tastes, of course. Based on input from the newlyweds, our videos can include many special effects. We have access to hundreds of "swipes" or alpha channel effects. Often we utilize picture-in-picture and/or split screen. XoomworX can even "cartoonize" parts of your video.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event? Yes

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event? Yes
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? Never
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day? Yes but have never had to do so.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Up to 4 Pro HD 1080p Video cameras, pro grade wireless microphone equipment to capture the vows "crystal clearly", exclusive XoomCam ultra wide angle lens HD video camera is available, on board lighting, tripods, tripod dollies, tracks, plenty of batteries!!
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Yes, a meal or snack is requested for each videographer.
Do you charge overtime? Customarily, no. The time needed is worked out well in advance.
Do you give access to your raw footage? Yes
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.? Parts of the video may be used on our site for promotional purposes.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing? Yes. We always ask for input from every couple.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video? Professional editing is time intensive and especially so when the editor produces a "showcase video" every time. Some videographers use editing shortcuts to lessen the wait time but the resulting video production is less impressive. At XoomworX our heart and soul goes into every wedding we edit/produce. How long? Expect your DVDs in approx 6 to 8 weeks. It'll be slightly longer during peak season.
