Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Yes, we kindly ask our brides to schedule appointments in advance. Appointments allow us to offer each bride one-on-one personal attention and guarantees that a fitting room will be available for you. It is especially important for you to schedule an appointment if you are traveling to Vocelles from out of town.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Due to the high-level of quality of our selection of gowns, a dress can take up to eight months to arrive once the order is placed. We recommend ordering your dress at least eight months before your wedding. Keep in mind that many of the visual elements of your wedding are centered around the style of your dress, so it is never too early to finalize what you will be wearing.
We recommend ordering your bridesmaid dresses no less than four months before your wedding. They take 12 - 14 weeks to arrive and you want your bridesmaids to have plenty of time for alterations.
