Valley View Christian Fellowship Church is the perfect venue for a traditional chapel wedding. In your church wedding ceremony here with us, we will celebrate the beauty of the love that has brought you together, and we are honoring the sacredness of the vows that you are making to each other.
Valley View Christian Fellowship is a charming church reminiscent of a European alpine chapel. It is nestled up high on a bluff, overlooking the Puyallup valley, with a stunning view of the Cascades on a clear day. In the distance you can even sometimes hear the train whistles. The sanctuary features lovely amber stained glass windows which face east and west and provide you with a soft warm glow.
As a backdrop to your ceremony, the raised altar features handmade inlaid wood reaching to the top of the majestic vaulted ceilings. The entire sanctuary is carpeted in gorgeous red. Just imagine walking down the aisle on a red carpet strewn with flowers, joyful church wedding bells ringing, sun streaming through golden windows to your groom. Beautiful! This space can accommodate 150 guests.
The fellowship hall features a large kitchen with all the amenities. It includes round and rectangular tables along with padded chairs. It is set back so not to disturb the wedding party. This space also features a deck with two sliding glass windows overlooking the mountain and valley views. The photo opportunities here are endless. The entire fellowship hall is encased with windows so your guests can enjoy the awesome panoramic views. It also accommodates 150 guests.
Just to the side of the hall is a lovely courtyard that you may use for further pictures. The church sits on over 5 usable acres and the long driveway is lined with white trunked birch trees. The lawn area is large and dappled with many varieties of other trees. This makes for charming outdoor photo opportunities. You can catch children running in between trees, or the bride and groom playing peek-a-boo.
You may choose to have your own clergy perform your wedding, although Pastor Fritz is available to perform your ceremony in both English and German. This venue is handicap friendly.
