"America's Greatest Cover Band" (TV Series): Working with Rick and Vehicle was a sincere pleasure. They are a group of extremely talented musicians and singers! They are professional to the core, showing up early, rehearsing, and were ready to go even before I was ready. Even though I auditioned them for a TV show I could tell they have that same manner of professionalism in every aspect of their business. That is exactly how they treat their band, as a business. Of course, it is fun for them, but clearly they are there to please their customer. I purposely threw them a couple of "curve balls" during their audition and they handled them brilliantly. Invite the Bride and Groom to the dance floor and then invite the crowd and remind them to come up and support the special ocassion. Also, coordinate before hand with the wedding planner and a group of participates to support as well.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
For the most part, our previous clients have provided meals to our bandmantes.
Do you play recorded music during your break?
We provide Lite DJ Music during our breaks.
If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan?
We work with many proffesionals in the industry, always have options.
What is your overtime rate?
$2000 - $5000
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
We include it as part of the package, for out of state venues, all expensives must be paid for all bandmates.
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
Are required deposit is 50% of the gross.
