Music of all Genres can be requested
What is your usual attire?
I dress for the occassion depending on the clients choice casula dress or formal
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
I will obtain any songs requested prior to the event that I Do not have.
How many other DJs do you work with?
I currently work just for Ultimate Event
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
2 Hours
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Absolutely.. I encoourage that beacuse my clients event is important to me
Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
Yes.. Submitting a do not play list is just as important as a play list
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes.. I own all of the equipment
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
I Do Not Charge Extra for DJ Lighting.. Free with your Service
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
I usually need about 1 hour prior to starting the event. Please provide a table if possible.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
I have a sign but I do not display it at weddings. The day is about the bride and groom not about me
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
I talk when something important should be said such as dedications or introductiions and to help get the party going. People want to hear music not a DJ talking all Night.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
If people are not dancing I mix up the music more by trying different genres and getting the people more involved in the event.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I am there to service my client. If I need a break, my associate will cover the music.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
No, my associate will play music
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I wouls have an assocaite fill in one that is properly trained for the event.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?
Not Usually No
What is your overtime rate?
$100.00 per hour
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Only charge for travel if outside of 40 miles
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
Usually a $50.00 deposit is required to book the event
