We began our career as an event planner and studied at the QC School of Event Planning and fulfilling the requirements for the diploma of International Event & Wedding Planning Professional (IEWP). We then went on and attended the Institute of Wedding & Event Design, (IWED), where we gained the necessary knowledge for desinging, installing and managing events of any size. Most importantly, we are naturally creative, which allows us to expertly assess our client's visions and draw from their personalities to help create decor concepts that fully meet our clients dreams and expectations. What items are available for rental? Aisle Markers, Altar / Arch Arrangements, Chair Covers, Decor, Lights, Linens
Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services? Breakdown, Delivery, Setup
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items? Yes, we have a showroom with several tables set-up for suggestions and ideas. We also have a private display room where we display your hand picked quality linens and give you an immediate glimpse of your table setting right before your eyes.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items? At least 30 days but preferably more. However we may be able to accomodate last minute reservations.
Can the order be modified close to the event date? Upon placing your linen order with Trendy Dııcor & Linens your linen and/or chair covers are reserved for you and ordered from our suppliers right away, therefore, no changes to the type, fabric, size, or color will be allowed once the deposit is charged. It is mandatory to submit all changes to orders and final headcount no later than 1 month prior to event. All additional items, requested less than 1 month are subject to rush charges if Trendy Decor & Linens does not have additional requested items in stock.
What if I need to cancel my order? Cancellations within 3 business days of contract signing will be given full refund. On the 4th business day from the contract signing to 1 month before the event date, 60% of the deposit and any additional payments applied is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 1 month of the event date WILL NOT receive any refund. If the event is cancelled or postponed, there will be a store credit for future orders to the lessee of the full balance paid toward event as far up to 6 months from original event date.
What are your hours of delivery? Our delivery hours are flexible as we are here to accomodate you.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery? No minimum order size for deliveries in St. Petersburg. However, there may be a minimum order size based on further delivery locations. Please call for more information.
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items? It is the lessees responsibility to care for the linens while in his/her possession. The lessee is responsible for all items listed on the contract. Any items on the contract not returned, including items lost to theft, or returned in unusable condition due to tears, permanent stains, mildew, burns, candle wax dripping and other non-reversible damages will be subject to full replacement price of the item equal to 2x the rental fee.
