What is your band's usual attire? It is always Professional and appropriate for the Event we are performing for. But most of all we really enjoy coordinating our attire with your Wedding Party color scheme or your decor theme...it's really up to you!
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs? Yes!!! We frequently update our Video library with raw "live" video footage for our potential Clients to observe us in action at real-life performances!
Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know? Of course! And due to our on-going commitment to offer our Clients the latest and greatest Musical versatility that they expect of us since we are always learning the newest charting "Hits"...we like to limit the learning of specific songs for any particular event to 2 or 3 special songs such as the Bride & Groom's 1st dance, Parents dance and Wedding Party dance.
How much time do you usually need for setup? We like to be completely set-up and sound-checked prior to any of your first guests arrival at the Venue. As long as the stage or bandstand area is easily accessible and unencumbered for load-in our ideal set-up window is to have 2-hours available to accomplish that task.
How much space do you usually require? We have performed in some pretty tight places over the years and because of our "modular" set up we can accommodate to most bandstand configurations. For the benefit of our Show and Sound & Lighting presentation our preferred space requirement is 12'deep x 24'wide; our preferred minimum space is 12'deep x 20'wide; please let us know in advance if staging space is much smaller than that as we can frequently make it work it out with less sound gear and lighting etc.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events? We do have a professionally created banner that features our Band name and Logo that we normally display at Events...but that is entirely up to you!
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Our performance package includes state-of-the-art Pro Sound Gear and Lighting that is appropriate for the size of the room and audience expected. Our lighting package also features the ability to "chase" or move to the Music beats along with a multitude of programmable and changing color scenes.
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs? We can certainly Host, Emcee and coordinate the evening's itinerary in a professional manner for your Event. Also please keep in mind that any Host or Emcee that you have specifically appointed has complete and total access to our Pro Sound System via a wireless microphone as they deem necessary.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing? Gosh...that's a great question... but we've never experienced that issue before at the Events we perform for! Should that ever occur because of our vast repertoire we're guessing we would ask the audience for a specific tune they'd like to hear and dance to or we have some Musical trivia games that allow everyone to participate in as well.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? The Band likes to take a short break after the first 90-minutes to 2-hours of solid dance music or as requested by you to allow for other Event formalities. Very often your guests also like a short break from non-stop dancing as well and to mingle with other guests. It is customary to provide a hot meal of some sort for the Band members at your Event preferably an hour or so prior to their designated start time.
Do you play recorded music during your break? We play the best in appropriate i-pod music on any break that we take or that is a designated break by you!
If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan? Although that has never occurred in the Band's history...we do have Pro musicians available as backup players for every single position in the Band.
What is your overtime rate? Our overtime rate is pro-rated at the time and amount when you request it and is based upon the overall Band package pricing that you initially contracted for.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? The Band is based in Fresno which is nearly smack-dab in the middle of California and allows them easy driving access to most points North, South, East and West! Our travel expenses vary depending upon the location of your Event and our travel time etc. We do require overnight accommodations be provided for the Band at Events that are outside their normal travel radius and which can be discussed at the time that you Book the Band for your Special Event.
What is the required deposit to secure your services? The Band requires a 50% deposit along with your authorization and return of their Performance-Agreement to secure your Event date per your request.
