Description:
The Red House is a trendy, vibrant event venue situated just 1 block from the square in Downtown Franklin. Built in 1877, the Red House showcases a fine collection of rock-n-roll memorabilia, giving the decor an upscale, chic feel. Yet the 4 fireplaces, flagstone walkways and deep porches retain the Southern charm of an historic home.
Prices start at $1,250 for a Friday event, $1,750 for a Saturday event, $1,250 for a Sunday event, and $750 for a Monday - Thursday event. This includes parking for 50 guests and sales tax. Our venue coordinator will be available as your contact to help with planning logistics for your big day. Both indoor & outdoor events are well-suited to the 3,000 sq. ft. home.
Perfect for weddings, receptions, rehearsals, CD release parties, corporate meetings, private parties, & fundraisers. Accommodates 150 guests inside for a cocktail type reception. Can accommodate 120 for plated, seated dinners.

We have ample parking for 50 guests at no additional charge. There is also a parking lot right beside us that can be rented for additional fee. We can arrange a valet service, for an additional fee, if needed. There is also plenty of free street parking.
