Do you charge for trials?
Yes there is a fee for trials, this is where the work is done, we spend two hours with each client for hair and makeup. We go over color choices and styles before we begin. Then we execute what we have decided upon just as we would for your wedding day..Our goal is to ensure we have captured you vision, creating a look that will take his breath away. We will advise you to the masters, whether it is a facial, colorist or eye brow divas if needed. We will also go over pricing to eliminate any confusion. Our artist will take multiple pictures and make a color chart so the same exact look will be replicated on the day of the wedding.
Do you specialize in textured hair?
Yes we have a team of highly experienced stylists and artists that are able to work with every kind of hair texture and skin range.
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
Lets face it who doesn't want FLAWLESS skin and DREAMY lashes so....Yes we offer many additional options such as airbrushing,LASH EXTENSIONS or false eyelashes, custom sized human hair clip-in extensions.
Airbrush is the most fabulous form of foundation created.. it is light and magically flawless if applied correctly. Depending on your skin type it can last anywhere from 12 to 18 hours it is water resistant and transfer resistant. It can cover any scars, or tattoos tan lines. It does wonders on a decollate. The professional machines can adjust psi which is one of the secrets to the flawless finish.
Lashes...No girl should be without them on her wedding day. We suggest lash extensions to most of our brides. Through the days leading up to and through your honeymoon you will wake up looking dreamy. Think about it no mascara either that is reason enough... your lashes look volumious, no makeup needed.
If you chose the traditional lashes we carry up to 15 types to custom create a lash, that is perfect for your style and look that will last. It is up to you, then let us work our magic.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes we do provide both in salon and on-location services. On location is our favorite way to take care of you. In the comfort of your suite, venue or home, we love to treat you as the queen you deserve to be on your day, surrounded by the people you love. Our travel fees are listed on our website.Travel fee is $50 per stylist with the San Luis Obispo County.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Well, we have quite an entourage of talent, we can accommodate any size bridal party, and make sure they all look consistently fabulous..
How far in advance should clients book your services?
Normally wedding planners and magazines advise brides to book their makeup artist 3 months in advance. Due to the quality of services we provide and our happy past brides and vendors, our clients reserve our artists as early as a year in advance to ensure our availability. We recommend booking 9-12 months in advance. But don't worry we have great resources even if you are our last minute bride.
What is your cancellation policy?
In order to hold your date we require a signed contract as well as a deposit. Any cancellations made within 90 days prior to the date will forfeit their deposit.
