Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services? Breakdown, Delivery, Setup
Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps? We currently carry a birch tree Chuppah and wedding arbors ready for your to decorate!
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items? Yes, we have two full service showrooms in Portland.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items? Our busy season is from June to September and during the holiday season. You are welcome to place your reservation as far in advance as you like. If your event is taking place during a busy season it is recommended to call at least six months in advance for the best availability. Keep in mind when reserving a tent we do require a non-refundable reservation fee to be paid at the time the reservation is made.
Can the order be modified close to the event date? Yes. We do recommend reserving the highest possible quantity of rental items that you may need since during the busy season it can be difficult to add items. We ask that all changes to your order are completed 48 hours prior to will call or delivery. There are no penalties for lowering quantities before that time.
What if I need to cancel my order? There are some restrictions on cancelations. Please ask for more information.
What are your hours of delivery? Standard delivery and pick up service operates Monday through Sunday from 8am to 6pm. We also offer early morning and late night services at an additional rate.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery? No, there is no minimum order for deliver! Delivery rates apply.
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items? All of our rental products are washed and sanitized in house, and most stains and spills are removable through this process. Rental items that are damaged upon return are subject to replacement fees.
