Description: The Gables offers the perfect location for your Long Beach Island wedding. Whether you are celebrating a romantic second wedding or a renewal of vows, this is the wedding without the stress, aqua tulle bridesmaids dresses, and over-enthusiastic DJs. As you sweep down the aisle to the sound of our 1933 Steinway baby grand, or come as a barefoot bride from our beautiful beaches, you will have a wedding and reception that truly reflects the two of you and your relationship. This beautifully restored Victorian New Jersey inn located in historic Beach Haven, NJ on LBI provides just the right setting for an intimate wedding and reception. In summer and fall, you can opt for the flower-filled garden courtyard (the bride can make a fabulous entrance through the vine-covered pergola); in winter, a crackling log fire in the large parlor and gracious dining room and a sweeping staircase add magical touches. The entire inn can accommodate over 100 for a sit-down reception, and of course our highly talented Executive Chef, Richard Diemer and his culinary team can be relied upon for catering this important event. Your guests will appreciate our on-site bed and breakfast accommodations, and our location near the Jersey Shore makes it the ideal place for your honeymoon getaway. Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? We will set up chairs for a garden ceremony.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? No.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? Clients are required to purchase wine from our wine list, but may supply their own, beer and champagne. If a hard liquor bar is desired, clients must provide all liquor, mixers, etc., and hire a TIPS certified bartender. Host liability insurance is required for hard alcohol.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels? Beach Haven has a 10pm curfew for outside music, which is enforced.
