Exchange your vows in an exquisite garden setting. The Florian Gardens has two romantic gardens to choose from with seating options ranging from 25 - 600 guests. Both gardens include white chairs, professional sound system, cedar pergola, and of course, all the beauty of seasonal blooming plants.
Our indoor ballrooms can accommodate up to 500 guests for a wedding reception. The ballrooms are graced by an impressive wall of windows overlooking the beautiful gardens. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, The Florian Gardens has a view that will take your breath away!

We stand as a leader in the bridal industry having a personal wedding coordinator on staff that assists you from the first time you tour the facility to the day you say "I do".
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Couples who have reserved their wedding reception at The Florian Gardens will receive a complimentary ballroom for rehearsal dinners. Rehearsal dinners are based on availability and must have a minimum of 25 guests.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
When you rent a garden for your wedding ceremony we include 100 chairs, 2 JBL speakers, 2 microphones, 1 audio hook-up, guestbook table, program table and unity table. You will also receive a complimentary 1 hour rehearsal.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
The Florian Gardens has numerous decoration items available upon request. When you rent a ballroom we include a basic package. The basic package includes all your guest tables set for 8, standard uncovered chairs, white tablecloths, white napkins, and all your glassware, china & flatware. Items above and beyond the basic package are available for an additional rental.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Our clients are not required to use a specific list of vendors, however we do provide a recommended vendors listing for their convenience.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Clients are free to bring in their own musicians.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have two dressing rooms and a small conference room available for an additional rental. Our Bridal Room comes complete with floor length mirrors, a large vanity area & a private restroom. The Groom's room includes two black leather sofas, floor length mirror, vanity area & LCD TV. The conference room makes a great storage room or coat check. It can even be used as a childcare room should you be expecting a large amount of young guests.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, we do not allow the client to bring in their own alcohol.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
We do not allow confetti or glitter as decoration on tables. If the client is using flower petals we ask that fake flower petals be used indoors, and real flower petals be used outdoors. All candles must be in an enclosed glass vase. No fireworks or sparklers are allowed on the premise.

The Florian Gardens may limit the volume of any performer or live band if necessary.

No additional permits are required.

Our facility is capable of hosting more than one event at a time. If you would not like another event going on at the same time as yours you are welcome to rent all three of our ballrooms.
