Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work? If you schedule an appointment it gives us the opportunity to make sure we have a bridal consultant here just for you, walk-ins of course are always welcome!!
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress? 14-16 weeks is the typical turn around time, it varies depending on the designer, rush delivery is available for as well for many of the lines.
Do you carry new or once worn gowns? We carry only new gowns. But we do sell Sample gowns off the Rack at a discounted rate.
How often do you receive new dresses? We receive news gowns each month, we are always keeping the inventory up to date and fresh!
Do you have a seamstress onsite? We have a fabulous Seamstress we use at the boutique. Her prices are very reasonable and does amazing work.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell? Hair pieces, Veils, Longbras and Jewelry.
