A variety of indoor and outdoor options are available year-round for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, including our elegant Grand Ballroom, stunning Bellevue Gardens, and versatile Marquee Tent. You and your guests will be well taken care of by our unique caterers and enjoy an incredible backdrop of majestic oak trees, floral gardens, water features, and gorgeous views over the West Hills. Take full advantage of the setting by hosting a friendly golf tournament on the Par 3 or Mini Golf Course as part of your wedding rehearsal or wedding weekend activities. A rain backup plan and and Event Manager are also included with the site rental.
Do you offer any special services? We offer a variety of packages including wedding coordination, limo transportation, partnership with Hotel Lucia, mini golf date night, sparkler send-off, etc. We can also help coordinate dııııcor, tent rentals, chair covers, etc.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? We offer discounted rates on a fun Mini or Par 3 Golf tournament in combination with your rehearsal.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Linens, cloth napkins, glassware, flatware, china, etc are included with the catering packages. The Aerie provides, sets up, and tears down tables and chairs.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time? We reserve our entire facility for you and your guests, and only host one event at a time.
