Ten Strings Music Studio provides professional music services to the New York metropolitan area. Winners of the 2012 Brides Choice Award, Ten Strings is made up of both classical and jazz musicians who have performed at New Yorks top venues from Alice Tully Hall to The Knitting Factory. No event too large or too small. We work with clients to build their ideal event score!

Completely at the discretion of the client. Anything from concert black and tuxes to professional attire with a colorful flare.

We have audio samples online, demo cd upon request, and live performances throughout New York City.
How much time do you usually need for setup?
Required time for set-up depends on the ensemble and equipment involved. Our classical dios, trios and quartets can set up within fifteen minutes, although we always arrive 30 minutes prior to the event. Jazz and rock ensembles requiring sound equipment checks allow 45-60 minutes for set-up.
How much space do you usually require?
Again, this depends on the ensemble. A string quartet usually needs at least 4-5 square feet of space; a duo could fit in much less. Jazz and rock bands need more space depending on the size of the band.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
