What items are available for rental? Decor, Lights, Staff
Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services? Breakdown, Delivery, Setup
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items? Give us a call to discuss this in more detail. In many cases we can demo a product to you at our walk though for the event.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items? We recommend booking 6 months in advance, but give us a call to see if we can help with your date.
Can the order be modified close to the event date? Absolutely! We are very flexible.
What if I need to cancel my order? We require a deposit to reserve your date, and a signed contract. Your final payment is due about 2 weeks prior to the event. If you cancel before the final payment, you are only out the deposit. If you cancel in the last 2 weeks, we will do our best to work with you, but you might be out the full amount.
What are your hours of delivery? We delivery all of our items the day of the event, unless special circumstances require them to arrive in advance. We delivery 7 days a week,
