Description: Sweet Harmony consists of soloists, duos, and trios centered around the violin, performing classical and jazz music for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and festive events. We offer music with real feeling and a highly professional sound as well as quality personal attention. We have over 30 years of experience playing for special events and restaurants. We also draw on our several years of managing a professional string quartet to make sure it all goes smoothly. Some of our possible combinations include violin/piano, violin/guitar, a violin duo, violin/cello, or a string trio of violin, viola, and cello. If you have something special in mind -- ask! With us you will receive a high level of personalized service as well as a very high quality performance. You can feel safe trusting the music of your wedding or special event to us, knowing that your specific needs and vision will be understood and realized! We are also available for Irish or Italian cultural gatherings, with a repertoire of fast jigs, beautiful ballads, and fun sing-along songs. Whether your event is formal, serious, light-hearted, loose, foot-stomping, or somewhere in between, Sweet Harmony has the great sound and service you need to make it a success!

What instruments does your group play? Cello, Guitar, Piano, Saxophone, Trumpet, Viola, Violin
What is your usual attire? We dress elegantly and professionally in black.
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs? There is a wealth of information and samples on our website, www.sweetharmonymusic.com, and live sample performances and consultations can sometimes be arranged as well.
How much time do you usually need for setup? We will arrive 45 minutes before our scheduled start time if the keyboard is required, otherwise 30 minutes before start time.
How much space do you usually require? The violinist needs a four-foot square next to the piano. If the pianist must set up her keyboard, this will require six feet by four feet. The keyboard also requires an electrical outlet, but we do have a 50-foot extension cord if necessary.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? We will include any travel expenses in our initial quote to you. We charge extra for travel to the northernmost and southernmost counties of New Jersey, as well as New York, some parts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and northern Delaware.
