A Stroudsmoor Celebration offers the services necessary to create an unforgettable wedding memory under-one-roof, including professional event planners, floral and decor team, photography studio, spa and bridal salon, bridal registry, entertainment options and group lodging coordinator.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? Rehearsal dinners are graciously accommodated at the inn. They can be as formal as a traditional served meal or as casual as a BBQ. Stroudsmoor addes ecxitment to the rehearsal by offering activities like hot-air ballooning or hayrides with a s'more station in the woods.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? The ceremony is the most important element of a wedding celebration - Stroudsmoor treats it as such. A Stroudsmoor Ceremony Package includes the organization and orchestration of the rehersal and ceremony, enchanting indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, guest seating and altar accoutrements. Options for officiate, musicians, horse-drawn carriage, Huppas, Mandaps and more are all available through the event planning services provided by the inn.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Linens, dining tables, guest seating, table settings including flatware and stemware, food service equipment, dance floor, separate cocktail and reception areas, bars and more are included in a Stroudsmoor Wedding Package.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Our staff-to-guest ration is determined by the style of service, menu and beverages offered - traditionally 16-1. Additionally, each celebration is overseen by a floor supervisor and Chef.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? We have a list of recommended professionals not a list of required vendors. Couples are welcome to choose their preferred vendors.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? We only suggest, we never require and there is no fee for using an outside vendor.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Stroudsmoor offers guest suites with living areas for gathering, hospitality suites and a public restaurant and lounge.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? Stroudsmoor is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to offer alcoholic beverages to their guests; therefore, the service of outside alcoholic is prohibitied by law.
How many power outlets does the venue have? Each of our event facilities is equipped with sufficient power and outlets to support all entertainment options and most lighting equipment.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations? The Stroudsmoor Floral and Decor Team will create the enviroment envisioned by each couple. Outside vendors many not provide decorations that must be stapled, pinned, nailed, taped or hung from the chandeliers, furnishings, walls or woodwork.

Describe your bathroom facilities: Restrooms range from Italian Marble to Pennsylvania Blue-Slate. Ladies Rooms are complete with full-length mirrors, personal amenities and hair-dryers. All Stroudsmoor guest accommodations have private baths, some featuring whirlpool tubs.
Describe your parking facilities: Each of the five event facilities offer a dedicated parking area to accommodate the number of guests established for the venue. All parking areas are paved and have handicap spaces. Valet parking is available at slight additional cost.
