Description: Patricia Nahikian began her makeup training at age 8 when she landed her first community theatre role and was taught to do her own makeup. By the time she was 14 she was a regular at the theatre either doing her own makeup or someone elses. More professional experience came at age 17 while working in Summer Stock Theatre. In college she received traditional training as a Theatre Major and, among other things, worked with special effects, color theory and prosthetics. Since then she has kept busy working with specialty character makeup, commercial photography and film but her favorite remains teaching women of all ages how to look their very best. Now Patti is a single mother of two, a Reiki Master and owner of Spirit Custom Makeup and Makeup Artistry. She has combined her love of color, makeup and her concern for healthy skin and created her own line of healthy cosmetics. She can custom blend any color under the sun! At her Home Studio, she takes appointments for makeup, color analysis, and Reiki. A truly unique experience and an affordable way to be who you really are! Patricia has been working with brides from all cultures for the last 19 years! She understands just what it means to the bride to be able to walk down the aisle not having to worry about anything but the promise she is about to make to the partner of her dreams and the celebration of that promise! She has devised a fool proof system that includes custom blending hypoallergenic, natural makeup to match the brides skin tones exactly. When working with Patti as your makeup artist, your makeup becomes the last thing on your mind during this whirlwind time; and you know when you look into the mirror that you are reflecting you at your very best!
