Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services? Breakdown, Delivery, Setup
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items? Yes, everything for rental is in our showroom.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items? We always say that as soon as you know what you need, make your reservation. We require 50% deposit of your total at the time of reservation to consider it confirmed.
Can the order be modified close to the event date? We recommend that all changes be made at least 3 weeks before your pickup date. Additions are always welcome, subject to availablity.
What if I need to cancel my order? Please call our office and we will go over our cancellation policy with you.
What are your hours of delivery? Delivery times will vary depending on the customer's needs.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery? No.
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items? Don't panic. The only spills/stains you need to be concerned with is mildew, candle wax, ink, marker, and burns. We will go over this with you when you rent linens.
