Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Appointments are necessary. Appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours.
We offer a special Platinum Appointment for $250 for those who want an exclusive appointment with champagne, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts (serves up to eight people). This appointment can last up to 2.5 hours, call us for details!
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Depending on the designer 4-8 months. If the designer has gowns in stock, possibly weeks. Generally they take about 6 months to come in with no rush.
Do you carry new or once worn gowns?
We have samples that we sell off rack.
How often do you receive new dresses?
Every season!
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We have four wonderful seamstresses that can alter your wedding gown, bridesmaid, and Mother-of-bride/groom dress. Alterations are not included in the price of our gowns because they are a separate entity. You are not required to use them. However, we stand behind our seamstresses because they are very talented and take pride in their work. We have specific days that our seamstresses are in so appointments are required.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
Accessories, Bridesmaids, Mother-of-the-bride/groom, Tuxedos through Jim's Formal Wear. Also, if a bride purchases her gown here we complimentary store and press the gown.
